My Funniest Art Box Story this week.

Monday I had an artist call wanting to pick up 8 Panels. I had just left the studio.

I let her know I was on my way to Whole Foods. She said she would meet me there.

As I was approaching the intersection on 5th, I was involved in a 3 car collision.

Art Box panels flew forward giving me a concussion. I'm keeping the two panels that hit me in the head. I'll be displaying them proudly at the Show.

As we are waiting for the police she and her family met me in the parking lot to pick up the 12x12s. It was awesome. I was so excited to share the recent developments of the show with her. There were banged up cars, people exchanging information and there I was. Selling the boxes.

Art Box Mania

Art Box Mania is taking over :)

We have sold more than 525 Art Panels (12x12) so far.

UT, St. Ed's, ACC, Toy Joy, Atomic Tattoo, Pump Project, Figurative Gallery have gotten behind us along with 150+ artists from Austin and across the country.

I've become a box pusher. I've sold boxes from the back of my car. People approach me at cafes and ask for boxes. They show up at my gallery at 10pm. It's amazing and deeply fulfilling.

We are coming together in a swank exhibition to connect with each other, witness the beauty we have created and SELL our art.

We are redefining the idea of gifts and giving and consumerism.

This show gives art buyers the chance to own original art for $100 and support/meet local talented artists.

It is time.

Circus Yogis and Tribal Moon perform at the Palmer Center December 13 & 14th. Circus Yogis have 3 new troupe members.

I am booking all family acts and interactive performances at the Palmer Center for the Twelve Day art Bizarre. Call if interested.


Personal

I teach acrobatic yoga privates for couples and children. My students will be performing at the palmer center this holiday season. Contact me if you are interested.

Currently teaching children's acrobatic yoga program. My 16 kids will perform with each other and their parents at the Bizarre this year. Still taking new students.

My fire spinning troupe has it's first two performances.

There was dancing in the streets.

It was 3 A.M.

There was dancing upstairs at the driskill (that is the proper sp;) hotel all night

We wore costumes. We wore smiles.

We hugged strangers. We wept with new friends.

We waved wands from the balcony to the honking horns below.

We were there. to witness. to come together. 

White and black. making music. playing instruments in the streets.

Joy streaming down our faces. Close friends embracing and leading dancing throughout the hotel... 

It's a new path.

A new beginning. Another beginning. 

One of the most magickal nights of my life. 

She chose a new path. A new way. A new World.

She was grateful for the road traveled...but Now.

There is a new way. A new journey.

Her wings are strong. Her heart is filled with love.

Her days are now filled with magick. Miracles have returned.

She is in new territory.

Where the only rules are self made.

Where the only limitations are self imposed.
